Having graduated from the Studio Berçot, Charlotte Chesnais first joined Vincent Darré, the former creative director of Ungaro, before working for more than 10 years at Balenciaga, alongside Nicolas Ghesquière. From her mentor she admires, the Paris-based designer learned to push the boundaries even further and paid a lot of attention to details. The fluidity of her jewelry offers a unique sense of movement whilst remaining minimal. Inspired by the sculptures of Jean Arps as well as Matisse’s collages, Charlotte Chesnais challenges the jewelry norm with her creations. Her architectural collection of cuffs, earrings and rings is handmade in France by the best ateliers and are available in silver and vermeil.
