All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
MAKRI S.A. makes every effort to dispatch items within 10-14 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
All our products are shipped from Greece. If you place an order and enter a shipping address located outside the EU, import duties and taxes might incur by the local custom office upon the package’s arrival at the airport. We cannot determine beforehand what these duties will entail for each country. For further information please contact your local tax authority.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, and you have not notified us with your request for a return, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the safety seal attached and in tact. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for refunds on pieces that are made-to-order. In some cases, we may accept to exchange it for another item. If the piece you ordered is not available in immediate stock then we will notify you by email that it will need to be made-to-order and await confirmation before proceeding with producing your piece. If we receive conformation that you would like to proceed with the order, then production will commence.
We offer Free Worldwide shipping on all orders, however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or Fedex or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Discount items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
