Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a strict returns policy that allows returns within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If you do not notify us of your return request within this period, you will not be eligible for a refund. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange for another item or issue a credit note.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with the safety seal attached and intact, and in its original packaging.

Please note that made-to-order and sale items are non-refundable. However, in some cases, we may accept an exchange for another item. If your ordered piece is not immediately available in stock, we will inform you via email before proceeding with production. Your confirmation will be required before we begin the process.

Return Shipping Options

  • We can arrange the return shipment on your behalf for a fee of €50 which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to return the item using your preferred courier; in this case, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance prior to dispatch.

*Important: Do not return any items before contacting us first.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
    • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
    • Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please:
