All orders shipped to the United States are dispatched from Greece (European Union).
VAT-Free Pricing
Prices displayed on our website for US customers already have European Union VAT deducted. No EU VAT is charged at checkout for shipments outside the EU.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Upon arrival in the United States, your order may be subject to US customs duties and import taxes, as determined by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are not included in your order total and are set entirely by US authorities.
As of current regulations, goods imported from the EU may be subject to approximately 15% in duties, depending on product classification and value. Actual rates can vary by item.
Payment & Delivery
If duties or taxes are due, the shipping carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS) will contact you directly to collect payment before the package is released for delivery.
Please note that carriers may also apply a customs processing or brokerage fee, which is charged separately by the carrier.
