A reversible interpretation of Ileana Makri’s signature Round Eye, crafted in warm rose gold. The 14k rose gold chain is centered with an 18k rose gold motif, set on both sides with emeralds, brown diamonds and a blue sapphire center in contrasting arrangements.
Designed to move naturally on the wrist, the reversible motif reveals a different composition of stones as it turns.
